And registrations are now open for Module 5, with the theme \u201cLearning to Analyze Investments to Reduce Risks and Guarantee Return\u201d. Business Administrator with an MBA in IT from USP and an International Course on Human Talent Development from the University of Central Florida, he is an economic adviser to the Brazilian College of Radiology and Image Diagnostics (CBR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants in Module 5 of the ABCDI Clinic Management course will learn how to set up and refine an investment plan, understanding important concepts of feasibility and return based on financial indicators such as: <em>Payback<\/em>, <em>Payback<\/em> Discounted Rate, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Net Present Value (NPV), thus reducing the risk of failure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The program content includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>How to Plan Investments to Have No Surprises<\/li><li>Acquisition of Quota in Hospital Imaging Services (CASE)<\/li><li>Lending Versus Injection Pump Acquisition (CASE)<\/li><li>Implementing a New Radiology Service (DIN\u00c2MICA)<\/li><li>Valuation of Companies for Mergers and Acquisitions<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to Carlos Moura, the course will include classes from consultant Paulo Alexandrino, an accountant with experience in the areas of Controllership, Strategic\/Financial Planning, Budget Process Implementation, Result Analysis and Feasibility Studies.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Classes will be held in person, on October 27th and 28th, at the headquarters of ABCDI, in S\u00e3o Paulo (SP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Interested?
