The Brazilian College of Radiology and Diagnostic Imaging (CBR) and the Brazilian Medical Association (AMB) met today (April 5) at 12:00 noon at the AMB headquarters, located in S\u00e3o Paulo (SP), to strengthen relations and discuss relevant topics to radiologists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Present at CBR were: Dr. Cibele Carvalho \u2013 President; doctor Rubens Chojniak \u2013 1st Vice President; doctor H\u00e9lio Braga \u2013 2nd Vice President; doctor Bernardo Tessarollo \u2013 1st Secretary; doctor Ronaldo Baroni \u2013 Scientific Director; Dr. Juliana Tapaj\u00f3s \u2013 Director of Professional Defense and Dr. Gustavo Balthazar \u2013 1st Treasurer. For the AMB: Dr. C\u00e9sar Eduardo Fernandes \u2013 President; Dr. Maria Rita De Souza Mesquita \u2013 1st Secretary; doctor Akira Ishida \u2013 1st Treasurer; doctor Fernando Sabia Tallo \u2013 2nd Treasurer; doctor Antonio Jos\u00e9 Gon\u00e7alves \u2013 General Secretary and Dr. Etelvino de Souza Trindade \u2013 Vice President of the Midwest Region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The following were discussed at the meeting: the importance of defending the Medical Act and strategies to contain the invasion of other professions in Radiology and Imaging Diagnosis and the impacts of CFM Resolution No. 2330\/23.
