The new addition to the College brings various subjects in addition to radiology and Imaging Diagnosis, such as: art, humanism and culture. Each episode features an expert and is led by Dr. Aline Guimar\u00e3es, radiologist, medical manager at DASA Educa and member of the CBR cultural commission.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;The project aims to address relevant topics and skills for the radiologist to evolve as an individual and professional, based on art, humanism and culture. The first guest of <em>podcast<\/em> was Dr. Linei Urban, Vice-President of the Paran\u00e1 Radiology Society (SRP) and Cultural Director of CBR. This episode had the theme \u201cRadiology, Humanization and the Future\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the <em>podcast<\/em>, the doctors spoke about innovation and technology in the radiology and Imaging Diagnosis sector, <em>soft skills<\/em>, and about the change and adaptation of the radiologist in relation to the patient. The guest of this first episode reinforced a lot about the humanized work that professionals must have.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Stay on top of CBR&#039;s social networks, follow us on&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/cbr_radiologia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Instagram&nbsp;<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/CBRadiologia\/?locale=pt_BR\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Facebook<\/a>&nbsp;It is&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/br.linkedin.com\/company\/colegiobrasileiroderadiologiaediagn%C3%B3sticoporimagem\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">LinkedIn<\/a>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our <em>podcast<\/em> will be published every two weeks and is available on <em>Spotify, SoundCloud and Apple<\/em> <em>Podcasts<\/em>. The next guest will be Dante Velloni, professor at the University of Ribeir\u00e3o Preto and the Postgraduate course in Art History at FAAP (Ribeir\u00e3o Preto-SP). The second episode will have the theme \u201cArt and Medicine\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Check out some of Dr. Linei Urban&#039;s speeches during EP1:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Linei Urban talks about the role of technology today for radiologists and also makes a projection: \u201cI have no doubt that Artificial Intelligence (AI) will soon be part of the routine of most radiologists\u201d A The doctor also talks about the impacts that AI can bring to the daily life of our sector, according to her: \u201cWith the use of (AI), we would greatly improve the speed of evaluating our exams. This impact is very good for our patients and for us doctors.\u201d However, Dr. Linei ponders and talks about the negative impact of using technology: \u201cOn the other hand, we will need fewer radiologists to do this work, in other words, the radiologist who only describes the exam will lose his job. This is perhaps the most important skill of all. The second ability, empathy and compassion, is very important in the case of a doctor. Third, adaptability.
