Released on March 8, episode number 35 kicks off the new season, the theme of the conversation is: &#039;Leader - Female Protagonism in Radiology&#039; and features the participation of Dr. Luciana Costa - Radiologist, President of SRMG and Scientific Director of CBR (2021-2022 Biennium).\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Stay on top of CBR&#039;s social networks, follow us on\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/cbr_radiologia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Instagram\u00a0<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/CBRadiologia\/?locale=pt_BR\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Facebook<\/a>\u00a0It is\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/br.linkedin.com\/company\/colegiobrasileiroderadiologiaediagn%C3%B3sticoporimagem\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">LinkedIn<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The episode was released on International Women&#039;s Day and the theme was focused on honoring all women and this important date. During the conversation, the challenges and achievements of women in radiology leadership were discussed and was led by Dr. Aline Guimar\u00e3es \u2013 Member of the Cultural Commission and host of the CBR podcast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the chat, Dr. Luciana talks about the low number of women in leadership positions in radiology: \u201cAs a doctor and as a leader, if we were to evaluate the institutions where we work, perhaps today this is changing a lot, but we don\u2019t usually see women as team leaders, service leaders, or department leaders, either at universities or in private life.
