{"id":55577,"date":"2026-05-20T17:42:08","date_gmt":"2026-05-20T20:42:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cbr.org.br\/?p=55577"},"modified":"2026-05-22T14:54:16","modified_gmt":"2026-05-22T17:54:16","slug":"diretoria-do-cbr-participa-do-icr-2026-e-ccr-2026-na-colombia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cbr.org.br\/en\/diretoria-do-cbr-participa-do-icr-2026-e-ccr-2026-na-colombia\/","title":{"rendered":"CBR Board members participate in ICR 2026 and CCR 2026 in Colombia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Brazilian College of Radiology and Diagnostic Imaging (CBR) was represented by Dr. Rubens Chojniak \u2013 President and Dr. Ronaldo Baroni \u2013 Director of International Relations, at the event. <em>International Congress of Radiology<\/em> (ICR 2026) which was held simultaneously with the 49th <em>Colombian Congress of Radiology<\/em> (CCR 2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The participation of the CBR Board in the event corroborates the College&#039;s commitment to strengthening international relations with other radiology and diagnostic imaging societies, in order to collaborate with the advancement and growth of the community worldwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ICR 2026 and CCR 2026 conferences were held in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia, from May 14-16, 2026. The central message of ICR 2026 was: Innovation, quality, and access must advance together to ensure that the life-saving benefits of medical imaging reach patients everywhere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Doctors Rubens Chojniak and Ronaldo Baroni also participated in the scientific program of the Colombian congress and the congress of the International Society of Radiology (ISR).
