CBR launches Digital Library app

Always attentive to innovations and also aware that the virtual world is increasingly present in everyone's lives, the Brazilian College of Radiology and Image Diagnosis (CBR) launches its application this month.

The app, named CBR Digital Library, gives continuity to the digitization process of the entity. As highlights inserted in the application, the editions of the scientific journal Radiologia Brasileira and also of the CBR Bulletin, whose downloads are already available, can be mentioned. To download the application, which can be found in the two largest virtual stores, Google Play and the App Store, on your cell phone or tablet, just use the following links:

CBR has not spared efforts and investments in technology, in order to provide the radiologist with the widest online material. So much so that such action intensifies its digital positioning and becomes, likewise, another strategy to grow in this area. But don't think that activities in this area stop here: very soon, several other actions in the IT area will be implemented and informed to all associates.

“The board of the Brazilian College of Radiology and Imaging Diagnosis is fully aware of the importance that digital content has for the specialist's routine. Our investment in this application seeks to provide more information, with agility, in the palm of the radiologist's hand, at the time and place he needs it. With the hectic routines we have today, we cannot rely only on printed matter to keep us up to date. Everything happens and changes very quickly, and CBR is investing to not only keep up with these changes, but also to facilitate physicians' access to them”, commented Dr. Rogério Caldana, second secretary of the CBR, who leads this project. “This is just the first step of many to come, as we are really treating information technology, an essential tool for the proper development of our work and the good care of our patients, as a priority in our management. Take advantage of this launch, download it to your cell phone or tablet and have valuable information in your hands”, he added.
