On April 1, the CBR published on its website the statement on the readjustment of the square meter of radiological documentation, as well as the index defined for the readjustment and the new reference value. Check out:
As determined by article 17-A, caput, item II and §§ 2 and 3, of Law 9.656/98, amended by Law 13.003/14, in turn regulated by Normative Resolutions of the National Supplementary Health Agency (ANS) numbers 363 , 364 and 365, and also by Normative Instruction nº 56, of the same agency, based on § 4 of the aforementioned RN nº 364, the Brazilian College of Radiology and Imaging Diagnosis announces that, as of April 1, 2018, it will use the index defined by the ANS, the Extended National Consumer Price Index (IPCA), for the readjustment of the reference value of the square meter of the film/documentation of Radiology and Diagnostic Imaging procedures.
The IPCA accumulated in the last 12 (twelve) months, based on February 2018, was 2.84%. Thus, the new reference value is established at R$ 27.79 the square meter.
