New: 2nd edition of the CBR Spine Vertebral book hits the market

The title is part of the CBR series, a collection of more than 10 works written by renowned Brazilian radiologists with prestige in the scientific community.

Launched in 2011, it became a book of great reference in the field of Radiology, even winning the Jabuti Prize, the highest in Brazilian literature. Now the time has come to launch its 2nd edition, which brings several novelties, such as the improvement of didactics with the updating of several chapters and the inclusion of three (Chapter 17 - Rare spinal injuries, Chapter 18 – craniovertebral passage, Chapter 19 – Lumbosacral and brachial plexuses). The book also features over 400 new images.

The 2nd edition of CBR Vertebral Column counts on the collaboration of the greatest Brazilian specialists. It presents anatomy, traditional and advanced techniques and the study of diseases of the spine and the respective imaging diagnoses. Terminologies and bibliographical references were revised and updated, new diagrams and didactic cases were included to make it even more complete.

The book helps in the training of new Brazilian radiologists and allows the updating and consultation of specialists in Radiology and Diagnostic Imaging. In addition, it brings all the reference material to facilitate the study by residents who aim to achieve the Title of Specialist or the Certificate of Practice issued by the College.

The official launch will take place during the 48th São Paulo Day of Radiology, on May 3 (Thursday), starting at 3:50 pm, in the Lounge – Book Launch (Hall D).
