The national medical entities, the Federal Council of Medicine (CFM), the Brazilian Medical Association (AMB), the Brazilian Medical Federation (FMB), the National Federation of Doctors (Fenam) and the National Association of Resident Doctors (ANMR) have launched a manifesto to candidates the President of the Republic with proposals to improve health in Brazil, which was prepared during the XIII National Meeting of Medical Entities (XIII Enem) and started to be sent in August to presidential candidates duly registered with the Superior Electoral Court (TSE).
The objective of the manifesto is to demand answers and solutions to the problems that compromise the direction of health and medicine. The document will also be delivered by the Regional Medical Councils (CRMs) to candidates for the State Government, the Federal Senate, the Chamber of Deputies and the State and District Legislative Assemblies.
