Contrary to untrue information published on the internet in recent days, ultrasound is a doctor's PRIVATE activity, as it is directly linked to the nosological diagnosis, as determined by the Medical Act Law (Law 12,842 of July 10, 2013).
The attempted invasion by other professions is continuous, and on several fronts, but the CBR is attentive and together with other entities, facing all these threats to the exercise of ultrasound by a properly trained and qualified medical professional.
