The 30th ESUR (European Society of Urogenital Radiology) Symposium took place between September 19th and 22nd, in Lisbon, Portugal. Dr. Valdair Muglia – former president of the CBR (2021-2022 biennium), was present and represented the Brazilian College of Radiology and Diagnostics (CBR) during the event. The main theme of ESUR 2024 was 'Urogenital Radiology and Oncology: Where we are and where we are going'.

About ESUR 2024
The event was attended by several specialists from the Urogenital Radiology and Oncology sectors. During the four days, several lectures were presented, such as: 'clinical application of bladder magnetic resonance imaging and the bladder imaging reporting and data generation system', 'prostate cancer diagnosis: a vision of the future', 'new recommendations on pelvic floor dysfunction' and 'the dark side of myometrial masses: how can magnetic resonance imaging clarify the diagnosis?'.
