CALL NOTICE FOR THE EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF THE BRAZILIAN COLLEGE OF RADIOLOGY AND IMAGING DIAGNOSTICS

By this Notice, the Associates of the Brazilian College of Radiology and Imaging Diagnosis – CBR are invited to gather for the EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING, which will be held in Virtual mode, on October 9, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. (eighteen hours), on first call, when there is a need for the presence of at least 50 (fifty) associate members, and at 6:30 p.m. (eighteen hours) and thirty minutes), on the second and last call, when it will be held with any number of people present, through the platform ZOOM, whose access link will be forwarded to everyone 24 hours (twenty-four hours) in advance of the Meeting, in order to deliberate on the following Agenda:

A) Amendment of Articles 3, 4, 5, 6, 13, 14, 20, 36, 38, 40, 42, 46, 52, 55, 58, 59, 65, 68, 69, 71, 72, 76, 77, 78 , 79, 80, 81, 83, 84, 86 and 88 of the Bylaws of the Brazilian College of Radiology – CBR, proposed by the Executive Board, pursuant to article 50, item 4, paragraphs 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the bylaws ;

B) General subjects; With regard to the rules for amending the Bylaws, this Notice is published 90 days prior to the date of the Meeting (art. 50, § 4); a period of 15 (fifteen) days is set for submission of proposals regarding the changes (art. 50, § 5); after the period of 15 (fifteen) days and the collection of any suggestions, the final wording of the devices that are intended to be modified will be prepared by the CBR, within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days (art. 50, paragraph 4); the final wording of the statute will be forwarded to everyone within 10 (ten) days prior to the holding of the Meeting (art. 50, § 5). And, at the request of the Executive Board, we published this notice in the official body of the CBR, for everyone's knowledge.
