CBR obtained an important decision in the lawsuit filed against UNIMED DO BRASIL – National Confederation of Medical Cooperatives.
On August 6, 2025, the decision was published recognizing the legitimacy of the CBR to file the action and found the request to be admissible, determining that UNIMED DO BRASIL present the aforementioned Exchange Table, as well as all documents demonstrating the methodology adopted for the adjustments applied to diagnostic imaging services over the last 20 years.

The decision reinforces the importance of the CBR's institutional role in defending the collective interests of the radiological medical profession, promoting transparency and equity in the remuneration of services provided by professionals in the field.
