“High-Performance Corporate Management Model for Clinics” is the theme of Module 2 of the Clinics Management course offered by the Brazilian Association of Diagnostic Imaging Clinics (ABCDI), which takes place on June 23 and 24, in São Paulo (SP ), and has the last vacancies to be filled.
With a workload of 16 hours, the module presents an efficient management model aimed at meeting the specific needs of our sector and proposing practical and effective solutions for implementation in clinics of any size. ABCDI/CBR members have a discount on the registration fee.

The classes will be taught by Carlos Moura, Economic Adviser at the Brazilian College of Radiology and Imaging Diagnostics (CBR), Business Administrator with an MBA in IT from USP and International Course on Development of Human Talents from the University of Central Florida; and Rodolfo Siqueira, Graduated in Business Administration with an emphasis on Information Technology, with more than 12 years of experience in the Brazilian supplementary health market.
