O Brazilian College of Radiology and Diagnostic Imaging (CBR) paid a posthumous tribute to the radiologist José Roberto Leonel Ferreira, in Thursday (18/09), during the Ordinary General Meeting (AGO) in Curitiba, headquarters of 54th CBR. Dr. Leonel Ferreira, as he was better known, died last year in a plane crash in Vinhedo, São Paulo. He was a resident of Cascavel, Paraná.
The tribute was attended by his wife, Maria Fernanda, who emphasized her husband's love and dedication to patients and diagnostic medicine throughout his career as a radiologist. Dr. Leonel's family received a plaque with a dedication.

During the AGM, CBR President Rubens Chojniak also presented reports on the main activities of the Board of Directors, the Accounting Audit, and Scientific Activities. Attendees were also given the opportunity to contribute suggestions on the topics presented.
