CBR Communiqué - Postponement of the European Congress of Radiology 2020

In view of the advance of COVID-19 cases around the world and the need for measures restricting free movement in some countries, the European Society of Radiology (ESR), in a correct manner, following the determinations of the Austrian authorities and aiming at the safety of all, made the decision to transfer its annual meeting, which would be held from March 11 to 15, to the period from July 15 to 19, 2020. It is well known that this cancellation brought a series of repercussions and situations for everyone who had already been scheduled to attend the event in person. CBR, as a partner entity, is in solidarity with ESR, in this difficult time. At the same time, it makes itself available to its associates who, perhaps, have any outstanding issues arising from their participation in the event, to provide guidance on how to access the ESR on specific issues.
