Important Announcement - Publication of COFEN Resolution No. 627/2020

CBR was aware of the publication of COFEN Resolution No. 627/2020, which authorizes nurses to perform obstetric US and is taking the necessary measures. Legally, we will act together with the CFM, in view of the understanding of this College that this Resolution confronts Law 12842/2013 that regulates the medical act. CBR remains attentive to the matter, in line with CFM and AMB, and will inform its associates of developments.
