Call for an Extraordinary General Meeting - SRMG

CONVOCATION   EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING SOCIETY OF RADIOLOGY AND IMAGING DIAGNOSIS OF MINAS GERAIS - SRMG The president of the Society of Radiology and Image Diagnosis of Minas Gerais - SRMG, Dr. Cibele Alves de Carvalho, in the exercise of her statutory attributions, in particular the provisions of article 47 and its sole paragraph of the entity's statute, summons the members who are in full compliance with their statutory obligations to the Extraordinary General Assembly that will be held at the headquarters of the Medical Association of Minas Gerais, located at Av. João Pinheiro, 161, Bairro Centro, Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, on September 4th, at 7:00 pm on first call, and at 7:30 pm on second call, with any number of people present, to deliberate on:

• Reduction of medical fees.
• Reduction in the valuation of image procedures by operators Bradesco and Amil.
