Heart disease is the theme of an event promoted by medical societies in São Paulo

The Brazilian College of Radiology and Diagnostic Imaging (CBR), together with the Brazilian Society of Clinical Pathology/Laboratory Medicine (SBPC/ML) and the Society of Cardiology of São Paulo (SOCESP), will hold the Symposium on Biomarkers in Cardiology. The event will take place on February 15, at the Intercontinental Hotel, in São Paulo. The program will address heart failure, cardiovascular genetics and its applications, myocardial infarction and atrial fibrillation. Among the topics to be discussed during the event are new research, laboratory and imaging diagnoses, monitoring and a care protocol model.
