Full room during the first edition of the Padi Internal Auditor Course in 2019

Participants from different regions of Brazil attended, between February 21st and 23rd, the Padi Internal Auditor Course. The activity is part of Educa CBR, which brings together all of CBR's educational actions, and had maximum capacity in its first edition this year. Internal audits must be carried out annually by the clinic itself, or on behalf of the organization, with the purpose of evaluating the internal processes and identifying the level of compliance with the Padi Standard. Thus, this training was created with the aim of providing participants with the qualifications and knowledge necessary to carry out internal audits of Quality Management Systems (QMS) in accordance with the requirements of the Padi Standard, in their own clinic. The program is designed so that, at the end of the course, the participant will be able to understand Norma Padi's quality management principles, interpret Norma Padi's main requirements in the context of an internal audit, understand what is expected of an auditor's profile internal Padi (knowledge, skills and attitudes) and, finally, plan and conduct an internal audit.
