Always focused on stimulating the evolution of learning, the Brazilian College of Radiology and Imaging Diagnosis (CBR) promotes Special Interest Groups (GIS). These are thematic meetings to discuss clinical cases between institutions and different specialties, with the aim of guiding, discussing intriguing clinical cases, exchanging experiences, stimulating debate, seeking consensus, improving clinical protocols and diagnostic procedures, in addition to being a great opportunity to expand your peer network.
SIGs promote online, live seminars, always addressing a specific topic in Radiology, with a multi and transdisciplinary approach. Different subjects are addressed, with national and international reference professionals.
SIGs are performed once a month in the Abdomen, MSK, Neuro, Breast, CITe and Pelvis.
The participation of residents and graduate students is highly encouraged, and each institution is represented by its leaders in their respective fields. “With the constant changes and emergence of innovations in the sector, the CBR continues to invest in relevant events and activities, with new technologies and modern educational formats to stimulate and boost the technical and scientific development of professionals in their different needs and specialties”, says the direction of the College.
