CBR joins the International Society for Telemedicine and eHealth (ISfTeH)

In view of the global scenario for Telemedicine, Teleradiology and Digital Health, the Brazilian College of Radiology and Image Diagnosis (CBR) joined the International Society of Telemedicine and Telehealth (ISfTeH). ISfTeH is headquartered in Switzerland and brings together 102 countries with the mission to promote the dissemination of knowledge and the exchange of experience in Telemedicine and e-Health around the world, in addition to providing access to recognized experts in the field worldwide. In this way, ISfTeH promotes annual face-to-face and monthly virtual events through webinars, as well as other international aggregating activities, maintaining partnerships in various works with bodies such as the World Health Organization (WHO), the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), among others dedicated to area of Health Informatics. The expected result of this affiliation is the partnership in the development of projects, as well as the exchange of experience with other international experiences in the field of Telemedicine, especially Teleradiology.
