ESOR-CBR Scholarship Program already has 40 candidates who will compete for scholarships in Europe

ESOR-CBR Scholarship is a program offered by European School of Radiology (ESOR) in partnership with the Brazilian College of Radiology and Diagnostic Imaging (CBR), with support from Bayer. This program offers three scholarships in Europe for Brazilian third-year residents/graduate students in Radiology and Diagnostic Imaging.

The 40 candidates have already been selected based on their performance in the 2024 Annual Resident Assessment, and will now go through a selection process conducted by ESOR itself. This process will determine the 3 scholarship winners.

Those selected will have the opportunity to improve their skills in specific radiology subspecialties, being supervised by internationally renowned specialists. The basic training program includes tutorials, lectures and practical training in routine clinical cases and modality protocols.

Subspecialties available to choose from include:

Contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS);
Thoracic Radiology;
Cardiac Imaging;
Abdominal Image;
Breast Image,
Emergency Radiology;
Head and Neck Radiology;
Interventional Radiology;
Molecular Imaging,
Musculoskeletal Radiology;
Neuroradiology;
Oncological Imaging;
Pediatric Radiology;
Urogenital Radiology.

In addition to the opportunity for professional development, the winners will receive a subsidy of R$20 thousand offered by Bayer, to cover travel, accommodation, food and health insurance expenses.
